The project was born after an MVP project at the Startup Weekend. In order to structure and validate the idea, we started with Proto-personas and interviewed potential real users. We had an accessibility expert helping researching about people with reduced mobility. The whole process was done through Lean Startup, with a prototype maturing process, validating from low-level wireframes to coded app versions.

After the potential users’ and stakeholders’ feedbacks , we were able to define the features of the MVP and our initial coverage area. Always taking into consideration, the structure that would be prepared for our progress.

This opportunity increased my knowledge about Lean Startup, Agile Methodology and Entrepreneurship through mentoring with professionals chosen by our partners (as Cisco and Estácio de Sá).

We were one of the Official Applications of the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. The project was one of the finalists of the Nave Pre-acceleration Process (Estácio de Sá) and was also accelerated by Plug and Play in partnership with Liga Ventures. Also, it won the “Comfort and Accessibility” category of the Olympic City Transport Competition and the Cisco Mobility Challenge.
